HOTEL UNDER RENOVATIONS

We are currently under renovations to better serve our valued customers. The renovations the will commence March 15, 2009 and will be completed in three phases, the estimated completion date is August 31, 2009.

Phase 1
The updating of the heating & air conditioning system with a state of the art environmentally friendly system that will cut our power consumption in half. Approximate completion date is 120 days form March 15th 2009.

Phase 2
The entire interior of the hotel will be updated, this is to include; the lobby and hallway lighting, carpeting and wall coverings; guest washrooms; stairwells and banquet space. Approximate completion date is 90 days from April 06th 2009.

Phase 3
The final phase will consist of the entrance and exterior of the hotel; painting, landscaping, flower boxes, signage & canopies, lighting and more. The approximate completion date is 90 days from June 1st 2009.
